That passion led to the creation of MVP Employee Relations Consulting, dedicated to proactive training, consulting, and coaching that strengthen workplace culture and reduce risk. Sandra’s education and experience allow her to offer practical, people-focused solutions while engaging stakeholders throughout the process. Guided by the belief that the Golden Rule is more than a cliché, she lives it daily — treating others with the respect and integrity that define her work.
